the challenge over the years has been how do we focus on what we do best, which is not management or finance, which we have no experience in, but hosting and building out a network that reflects our vision for what we're trying to do here without getting bogged down in the parts that we're not good at. And that's hard, right? And so as you get bigger, we just rely on having really great people take that on. And it's hard to find really great people, but we've been lucky. And you just learn as you get bigger what you need to step out of so that you don't get sucked into meetings and decisions that you really don't bring anything to other than the fact that you were here first. So that's always hard.

How it works
A repeatable way to repurpose long videos
Clippex brings transcription, scene ranking, captions and output formats into one workflow. Upload a recording, choose how many scenes to create, set the look, and review the resulting clips before you share them.
Turn a webinar into useful takeaways
The strongest short clip often answers a single question. Use the ranked shortlist to identify a practical explanation or a memorable exchange. Keep enough context for viewers who did not attend the session.
Give lessons a second life
A focused teaching point can become a useful introduction to a longer course. Choose a segment that explains a complete idea. Check that the crop preserves any visual information needed to understand it.
Build a consistent production routine
Choose caption styles and framing that suit your brand. Keep sources and deliverables in your workspace, and use the output settings again for your next recording. Shared workspaces let a team work from the same projects.
Before you make your first clips
Which output formats can I choose?
Clippex supports vertical 9:16, square 1:1 and landscape 16:9 renders. Choose the format and framing for your intended channel.
How much does a 30 minute video cost in credits?
A 30 minute source uses 30 credits with Best scenes, 60 with Many scenes or 90 with All scenes in Basic. Clipper Pro doubles these amounts. Source duration is rounded up to whole minutes before applying the multipliers.
Will every recording produce the same number of clips?
No. The number and usefulness of clips depend on the source material and settings. Review the output; a longer recording does not automatically mean more strong moments.
